Does KH eCards require a subscription?
No, KH eCards does not require a subscription. Additionally, we do not charge any subscription or recurring membership fees.
How do I receive my eCard after purchase?
Once your purchase is complete, your eCard will be available for instant download. You will also receive a confirmation email with a download link.
Do you offer refunds if I’m not satisfied with my eCard?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, if you experience any issues, please reach out to our customer support, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Is there a limit to how many times I can download or share my purchased eCard?
Once purchased, your eCard can be downloaded and shared as many times as you like, as long as it's for personal use.
Can I request a custom design if I don’t see what I’m looking for?
Absolutely! We offer custom eCard design services. Just contact us with your ideas, and we’ll work with you to create the perfect card.
Can I schedule an eCard to be sent at a later date?
Currently, we do not offer scheduling services directly through our platform. However, you can download the eCard and use your email provider to schedule sending.
What file formats do your eCards come in?
Our eCards are available in high-quality JPEG, PDF, and PNG formats, perfect for both digital sharing and printing.
